We are so privileged to add two new members to the BTBAB Board of Trustees. It is such a pleasure and a joy to welcome and introduce you to Thomas Nelson and Dan James, who were prayed into their roles at our annual retreat at the end of August 2021.
THOMAS NELSON
PASTORAL ADVISOR
Thomas Nelson is the Pastoral Advisor on the BTBAB Board of Trustees. Thomas is married to the lovely Eunice, and they have three children (Michael, Andrew and Jesse). Thomas holds a Certification in Pastoral Ministry and Bachelor of Science in Practical Theology from Crossroad Theological Seminary. He is a schoolteacher by profession (for 13years), but also holds a Master’s in Management Studies from the University of Liverpool. He is a member of Grace Family Church where he serves as part of their key leadership. He is a bass guitarist and a pianist and part of the worship team at his local church. We look forward to him providing pastoral oversight over mission trips and all aspects of BTBAB activities that would benefit from his advice. He will also be taking on board our safeguarding oversight for adults.
DAN JAMES
OCT ADVISOR
Dan James is the OCT Advisor on the BTBAB Board of Trustees. Dan is a civil engineer and is married to the lovely Hannah who used to be part of the BTBAB team and is now part of Water From the Rock (WFTR) ministry. He was part of the BTBAB mission team that went to Guatemala in 2019, and so has some knowledge of our ministry. The aim of the Overseas Community Transformation (OCT) is to bring communities out of the hopelessness of poverty and experience the heart felt love of God. We look forward to Dan’s contribution to the future of OCT and we thank God for bringing him into our ministry.
