The retreat is on 18th-20th August in Scotland. It’s a time for us all to get together and spend time thanking God for the work of BTBAB. Retreat means to withdraw to spend time apart or a quiet and secluded place in which one can relax. When we speak of retreat in Christian circles, we often associate it with spending time with God. In chapter 8 verse 14, in the book of Song of Songs, there is a line, “Come away, my beloved … …” I feel that’s it is an invitation to us all, to come and spend time together with God. So, I am inviting you all to join us for a time together at Gowanbank House, Ayrshire, Scotland.

Esther was recently in Scotland and visited Gowanbank House with Jenny. I thought you might like to see the photos she took. She said the surroundings were beautiful. We will have the whole facilities to ourselves, with catering included. It is very spacious and there are lots of walks and things to see. Plus, there’s room for the whole family.

Our retreat is an opportunity for us all to join together, find out what has been happening with each other and to pray for the future of BTBAB. So why not join us in August and at the same time, take the opportunity to explore Scotland because it’s a beautiful place. It would be great to see you and spend time with you. You can go on line to book your place by going to the website – please visit. btbab.org/news/events/btbab-retreat-2023/
