ACI sponsorship not only funds university training but also vocational training that will equip a young person with skills that will enable them to become financially independent and allow them to contribute to their families and society.

In West Africa it funded a carpentry and metalwork apprenticeship for young men.

The apprenticeship was provided by local businessman, Joe, who agreed to train two youths in metal/carpentry work over a 12 month period.

These apprenticeships were fully funded by BTBAB in 2012-2013 through the ACI initiative.
